Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities /leads through market research, networking, emailing and cold calling.
  • Set up appointment and meetings for senior staff with leads/ prospects
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track leads performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in business development.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development roles.
  • Good knowledge on tools used for contact discovery and email campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • LinkedIn Sales navigator experience
  • Experience in using sales automation tolls

  • Business to Business calling
  • No 'SALES PROCESS'
  • No weekly/monthly 'TARGETS'
Fixed Shifts:
  • UK shift (12:30pm to 9:30pm)
  • US shift (6:30pm to 3:30am)
  • Fixed weekly off's(Saturday and Sunday)
  • Pick and drop facility across Pune.

  • Qualification: B Pharm, M Pharm, Biotech, Microbiology, Zoology, Clinical Research etc…

  • Exp: Fresher Only
  • Office Time: 8 am to 5 pm for Full time (No transport)
  • Typing Speed: 30wpm
